As a mom , finding time for yourself can be difficult and we tend to put ourselves last on the “to do list”. Join us in a open discussion about how we are incorporating self-care into our daily routines, barriers preventing us from engaging in self-care and learn tips and tools from others moms who learning to make self-care a priority. This monthly support group presented by moms mental matters is a space where we can share our experiences with motherhood that are impacting our mental health, causing stressors , burnt out and more. You will leave this group feelings seen, heard , understood and supported by other moms just like you!
