Our Mission
At Moms Mental Matters foundation, we aim to equip mothers with the knowledge, tools, and coping strategies necessary to navigate the challenges of motherhood and foster healthier, happier families within our community. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our mission is to empower and support all mothers in their mental health journey through pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. We are dedicated to providing accessible therapy services and education resources for the prevention and treatment of mental health disorders associated with childbearing. Our goal is to promote overall well-being and strengthen families by addressing and treating conditions such as depression and anxiety, ensuring that every mother receives compassionate and culturally competent care. Through our safe and supportive environment, we strive to create a community where every mother feels heard, understood, and empowered on their mental health journey through childbearing.
